Do you have a Retail Store?

We do not have a Retail Store as of now. However, incase one wishes to try on our products before purchasing, we do have stockists in major cities across India. Please refer to our Stockists page to locate a store in your city.

Can you make a style in a fabric which is different from the one on the website incase we wish for one or if it is sold out?

We offer all sorts of customisations as long as the basic silhouette remains intact, in fabrics available with us at our studio. Please give us a call on +91 8879287689 for any or all custom orders.

Can a garment be made as per my measurements?

All garments can be custom made to fit your body type depending on the fabric availability and can be altered once, courier charges for which have to be borne by the customer. The fit of the garment entirely depends on the measurements provided by the customer. These custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

 Why are some of Mason & Mill's products expensive?

All fabrics used in making the garments are handwoven and ethically made by artisans across the country. These fabrics are made meticulously and involve labour intensive processes, so much that the fabric for one dress can take up to a week to weave. Depending on the silhouette, each garment then involves hand processes of different sorts. We thoughtfully decide the prices of our garments keeping factors such as our customers, overheads and fair wages to our artisans in mind. 

Where are Mason & Mill's products made?

We are proud makers of products entirely Made in India. All garments are carefully constructed at our Studio in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
