Mason & Mill provides this site as a service to its customers. The Site allows you to browse, select and purchase Clothing and products of Home and Living (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”). By using this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rules below. Additionally, Ito reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications.
Mason & Mill may amend this Agreement and/or Privacy Policy at anytime by posting revised version on the Site. All updates and amendments shall be notified to you via posts on website or through e-mail. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy expressed herein.

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Site by the User. By using this Site, the User agrees to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions hereof. Mason & Mill is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of designer-quality goods offered at great values to the consumer. Our products mostly use high quality fabrics and are handcrafted.

The offers made in those promotional emails or SMS/MMS shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Ito and Ito owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding such change.
Pricing Policy
Prices are inclusive of Taxes, but not any custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.
We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges section for further assistance.
Cancellation
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within 7 days. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
Mason & Mill reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. Ito will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Arbitration
If any dispute arises between Ito and you during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Ito. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
Governing Law
This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at Mumbai.
